Terms & Conditions – Insane Chemicals Merch (Printful Products)

1. General Information

All Insane Chemicals merchandise products are produced and fulfilled on demand by our production partner Printful. Because all items are made specifically for each order, all sales are final. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the on-demand and personalized nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

  • No returns for wrong size

  • No returns for buyer’s remorse

  • No returns if the customer changes their mind

  • No returns of items that do not meet subjective expectations

All orders are final and non-refundable.

This policy is supported by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e), which allows exclusion of returns for personalized/on-demand products and for items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, customers must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

In such cases:

  • Printful will cover the replacement cost

  • A new item will be shipped free of charge

  • No refunds will be issued

Customers must provide clear photos of the defect when submitting a claim.

4. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, the customer must report it no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. After verification, Printful will provide a replacement order at no cost.

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The carrier may return the shipment to Printful

  • The customer is fully responsible for the reshipping costs

  • No refunds will be issued for returned shipments

  • If the customer does not update the address, unclaimed items may be donated to charity after 30 days

6. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are not claimed or picked up by the customer will be returned to Printful.
The customer is responsible for paying additional reshipping costs.
No refunds will be issued.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Face masks

  • Opened or unsealed apparel items

  • Any worn or used item

Such returns will be disposed of and not reshipped.

8. Customization and Print Variations

All merchandise is produced on demand. Minor variations in color, placement, or size of prints may occur. These do not constitute grounds for returns or refunds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed under EU law and interpreted in English, regardless of translations.
