Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Insane Chemicals online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • All EU countries

At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping outside the EU.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking details via email once your package has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Insane Chemicals is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect address input

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Insane Chemicals is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged packages due to transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
We will, however, assist where possible to help resolve the issue.


8. Order Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Verify the address provided during checkout

  3. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

Insane Chemicals cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders ship as soon as stock becomes available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held until all items are available for shipment.
